Spring/Summer 2007 Scary but Fun
The Spring/ Summer 07 collection `Scary but Fun´, shows that through taking
risks and being curious positive things can often emmerge. Silk-chiffon and
flowing crepe satin-silks are foiled by jean material and heavy knits.
Vital neon reds appear in a new light, mixed with distant Golds and leaf prints.
The Asian influence, typically found in Reality Studio designs, is evident
in the detail of pattern, belts, and leather necklaces within which Chinese
papercut motives are presented. These seem to be mysterious but on the other
hand enchanting and funny. Reality Studio's "Scary but Fun" collection presents
itself as experimental playful and limitless, underlining the Reality Studio
attitude to life: 'To try things out is the important thing..this is the
engine of all being...'
